This is the little village in England that Arthur & Lydia Hitchcox left in 1874 to come out to NZ.
She was a glovemaker and he was an agricultural labourer but times were tough and so they went in seach of a better life. I think Woodstock looks lovely and I will have to visit there one day.
It's in the Oxfordshire Cotswolds close to Oxford city and nearby is Blenheim Palace.
