Aunt Emma and the locket .....

Emma York was Tom's sister. She married a Mr O'Grady and lived in Wanganui, NZ.
They had no children and Aunt Emma doted on Tom's daughter Kay and even wanted to adopt her, however this did not happen.
Aunt Emma gave a gold locket to Kay (Kathleen Emma York) which Kay later passed to her niece, who passed it to her niece (me), who passed it to her niece .....

I think all the York children were fond of their Aunt Emma from Wanganui.
